Abstract: From their creation organizations are faced with inherent changes, cyclical or not, and impacts seeking their resilience to absorb it. We know that the organizations are currently facing two major challenges, economic contraction since 2008, and a deep technological transition that challenges existing business models and are heckling their eco-system. Indeed it is a major paradigm shift in organization management whiles both exploring new areas of activity and preserves existing means. The organization must let ensure express agility of system parts that compose it and from its employees enabling them meeting the challenge of organizational ambidexterity facing uncertainty and unpredictability, main characteristic of economic contemporary environments. In order to allow access to the ability of developing the property of resilience and maintain its business capacity, critical information should be secured and delivered on time via scalable information systems.
